TUBE ASSEMBLY

1) Insert the swedged tube into the plastic base. Push down and turn so that tube is inserted as far as possible. 

2) Slide straight end tube over tapered tube and push down. Insert cotter pin through hole at bottom of tube and spread ends slightly apart. Slide washer down tube so it rests on cotter pin and turns freely.

PLASTIC PANEL ASSEMBLY

1) Retrieve 2 plastic peg panels and 2 connector arms.

2) Slide one of the plastic connectors (with grooves facing up) down the tube until it rests on washer.

3) Position each of the plastic peg panels in grooves ( make sure ribs on panels are facing in).

4) Slide remaining connector arm down tube (with grooves facing down and push until the grooves connect with the panels securely.

5) Retrieve 2 more plastic peg panels and connector arms. Slide connector arm down tube with grooves facing up Make 

sure buttons on connector arm match up with holes in connector arm below and they snap together. Follow above procedure to connect panels and top connector arm.

6) Repeat process with remaining panels and connector arms.

7) Slide plastic sign holder over top of tube and attach header card.

8) Insert hooks into desired positions on the two panels and load with products.
