www.art-phyl.com. Until credit is approved, credit card or C.B.D. orders will be accepted. C.B.D. orders paid by cash or certified check will be shipped immediately. Company checks must be cleared before shipment. ORDERING: Telephone orders are accepted over our special toll free order line between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time. A written purchase order sent via fax or mail must be received before shipment. You may order selected items at our online store at www.hookstore.com INTERNET: We have two websites. MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order is $100.00 ( Sample orders under minimum are accepted with credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.) A $25.00 service charge will be applied. TERMS: Net 30 days to all approved accounts. A service charge of 1 ˝ % per month will be added to all past due balances. PRICING: Hook orders may be combined (in minimum lots of 1000 per size and style) to be eligible for the 10M quantity rates, shipped and billed to one location. Quantities of less than 1000 will be billed at the 100 rate. APC reserves the right to change product specifications and prices without advance notice. Displays
are packed knocked down in UPS size cartons (whenever possible) All weights are approximate. Call for exact weights if necessary. Your personal header cards can be packed in with your displays at no extra charge. All displays include standard instruction sheets. Special instruction sheets are available (call for prices). SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipments are FOB Miami. All UPS or other small package shipments will be billed with a handling charge of $3.00 per shipment. RETURNS: An APC Return Authorization Form must accompany all returns or shipment will be refused. Please call or write to our customer service department for authorization. All returns (other than for faulty shipments or products) must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of issuance of authorization. A 25% repacking charge will be applied. CLAIMS: Please file for any damage during shipment directly with the freight carrier. If there is a shortage or defect in products shipped by APC, please make a notation on the receiving papers upon receipt of shipment and send copies to APC within 5 days. Failure to notify APC within 5 days of receipt will constitute acceptance of shipment. GUARANTEE: APC guarantees that all products will perform to the purpose for which they were designed and represented, and will be free of any defects in materials or workmanship. APC will issue a refund or credit, or will replace such items as warranted. NOTE: APC does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), incorrect specifications or changes, or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included in this catalog. APC reserves the right to discontinue or require minimum order quantities without prior notice. |
